GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Gift Vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase.

  • Packages & Prizes are valid until the dates specified and services cannot be substituted or changed.

  • Cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase products.

  • Vouchers are subject to all the same last-minute cancellations, rescheduling within 24hrs and no-show conditions as standard appointments. 50% of your voucher/gift card will be held as your deposit and in the case of cancellation or rescheduling within 24 hours or no showing of your appointment, that deposit will be forfeited. 

  • Vouchers are unable to be used between 10th - 31st Dec.

  • If your voucher is close to expiry, please call as we will always try our best to work with you,  we no longer accept expired vouchers.

  • When booking online please type your voucher ID in the notes, your voucher acts as your deposit  with the same terms and conditions as a standard deposit.

  • Voucher conditions may be subject to change

  • We highly recommend photographing the voucher you've bought or received to capture the ID, as digital files might not be automatically linked to the recipient's name. (Please note that we no longer maintain hard-copy files.)

  • Please remember vouchers are not for special occasions, don't hold on to them, come in and enjoy!

REFERRAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Persons referring receive a $5 Voucher attached to their Fresha account.

  • Only 1 ( one ) Voucher is to be redeemed per visit.

  • Referral $5 Voucher is valid for 6 months.

  • Vouchers and Discounts are only valid on Full Priced Services.

  • Vouchers are not redeemable on Products.

  • Referral can be directly to another client or can be when Covet Beauty is recommended by you on social media. ( we need to be tagged to see this ) 

TerraCycle VOUCHERS

  • Any recyclable cosmetics containers placed into our TerraCycle Box during ( promotional periods stated on social media by email or displayed in salon )  will earn 1 ( one ) $5 voucher

  • Only 1 ( one ) Voucher is collected per drop-off.

  • Please inform a Team member of your drop-off so we can add the voucher to your Fresha account.

  • TerraCycle $5 Voucher is valid for 6 months. 

  • Vouchers and Discounts can be redeemed on full-priced Priced Facials and Products in the salon.

  • Only 1 ( one ) voucher can be used per transaction.
