CHILD FREE SALON POLICY
​At Covet Beauty, we have made the decision to operate as a child-free salon, except in circumstances where a child is personally receiving a treatment and is accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
This decision has been made primarily due to insurance, health, and safety considerations, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
The reasons for this policy include, but are not limited to:

Chemical hazards: Our salon environment contains professional-grade products and chemicals that may be harmful if touched, inhaled, or ingested by children.

Hot wax & equipment safety: Treatments involving hot wax, electrical equipment, and sharp tools carry risks of burns or injury, particularly for unattended or mobile children.

Supervision limitations: Our therapists are unable to supervise children while performing treatments, many of which require clients to keep their eyes closed or remain still.

Insurance coverage: Our insurance does not cover children who are not booked in to receive a treatment.

Client experience: We aim to provide a calm, relaxing environment for all clients, which may be disrupted by the presence of children in treatment areas.

Responsibility & Liability
Parents or guardians are fully responsible for any child they bring into the salon for a scheduled treatment.
Any damage to salon property, equipment, furnishings, or products caused by a child will be the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian and may be charged accordingly.
Covet Beauty accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage involving children who are not booked for treatments.

We kindly ask that clients make alternative childcare arrangements prior to their appointment. This policy allows us to maintain a safe, professional, and relaxing environment for everyone.
