     GIFT VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

         A little gift of self-care is always a good idea! Before purchasing or redeeming a Covet Beauty gift voucher, please take a moment to             read our terms and conditions.

      1. Validity & Expiry

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

  • The expiry date is displayed on your voucher.

  • We no longer accept expired gift vouchers.

  • If your voucher is approaching its expiry date, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll always do our best to work with you, subject to appointment availability.

    2. Using Your Gift Voucher

  • Gift vouchers can be redeemed towards eligible treatments at Covet Beauty.

  • Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase retail products.

  • Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotions or offers unless specifically stated.

  • Vouchers are not refundable, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

  • Vouchers cannot be used between 10 December and 31 December each year. Please refer to our December Redemption Blackout section below.

    3. Packages, Promotions & Prizes

  • Packages, promotional vouchers and competition prizes may have different validity periods and conditions.

  • These vouchers are valid until the expiry date specified at the time of issue.

  • Services included in a package or prize cannot be substituted, exchanged or changed.

  • Any additional conditions will be provided at the time the offer or prize is issued.

    4. Cancellations & Missed Appointments

  • Gift voucher bookings are subject to the same cancellation and rescheduling policy as standard appointments.

  • When booking with a gift voucher, 50% of the booked treatment value is held as your booking deposit.

  • If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, or fail to attend, 50% of the booked treatment value may be deducted from your gift voucher balance.

  • Any remaining voucher balance can be used towards future eligible treatments, subject to the voucher's expiry date and conditions.

  • Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to change your appointment to avoid losing your deposit.

    5. Booking Online With a Gift Voucher

  • When booking online through Fresha, please select Edit under Payment Method and choose Add Gift Card. Enter your gift card code to apply your voucher towards your booking deposit.

  • If you have any trouble applying your voucher online, please contact the salon and we'll be happy to help.

    6. Keeping Your Voucher Safe

  • We highly recommend taking a photograph of any gift voucher you purchase or receive, so you have a record of the voucher ID or redemption code.

  • Please keep this information somewhere safe. Digital gift vouchers may not automatically be linked to the recipient's name, and we no longer maintain hard-copy voucher records.

     7. December Redemption Blackout

  • Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed between 10 December and 31 December each year.

  • This blackout period applies to all standard gift vouchers. We encourage clients to plan ahead and book their treatments outside this period.

  • To ensure clients don't lose out on their redemption time, we automatically extend the expiry date of gift vouchers by one additional month to account for the December blackout period.

  • Appointments during December are reserved for standard paid bookings, and we appreciate your understanding as this is one of our busiest trading periods.

    8. Changes to Voucher Conditions

  • Gift voucher conditions may be updated from time to time. Any changes will not remove rights already held by customers under Australian Consumer Law.

    9. A Little Reminder From Us

      Gift vouchers are made to be enjoyed, not tucked away in a drawer!

      If you've been lucky enough to receive one, don't save it for a special occasion.

      Come in, switch off, indulge a little and enjoy some well-deserved Covet time.

REFERRAL REWARDS & VOUCHER TERMS

We love a good recommendation! As a thank you for spreading the word about Covet Beauty, we offer referral rewards to show our appreciation.

1. Referral Rewards

When you recommend someone new to Covet Beauty, you'll receive a $5 reward voucher, which will be added to your Fresha client account.

We love seeing Covet mentioned and recommended, whether it's a personal recommendation or a shout-out online!

Referrals can be made by:

  • Recommending Covet Beauty directly to a friend, family member or someone you know.

  • Recommending Covet Beauty on social media, including local community pages, Facebook groups and local recommendation threads.

  • Sharing a post about Covet Beauty on your personal social media and tagging us so we can see your recommendation.

Please make sure you're tagged or let us know about your recommendation so we can acknowledge it and add your reward to your Fresha account.

2. Referral Voucher Conditions

  • Referral reward vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.

  • Only one $5 referral voucher may be redeemed per visit.

  • Referral vouchers and discounts are valid on full-priced services only.

  • Vouchers cannot be redeemed towards retail products.

  • Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
