Fresha

We use Fresha for appointment bookings, client management, consultation records, payment processing, appointment reminders and marketing communications.

Wix

Our website is hosted through Wix. Information submitted through our website, along with certain technical and browsing information, may be processed by Wix to operate, maintain and improve our website.

Payment Processing

We use Fresha's payment facilities, which involve third-party payment processing providers, including Adyen. Payment information is handled through these systems to process transactions securely.

Covet Beauty does not store complete credit or debit card details on its own systems. Limited payment information, such as card type, cardholder name, the last four digits of a card and expiry information, may be visible or retained within the booking and payment platform.

These providers may handle personal information in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable obligations.

6. Marketing and Communications

We may use your contact details to send appointment reminders, salon updates, promotional offers and information about products or services that may be of interest to you.

Covet Beauty does not store full credit or debit card details on its own systems.
